The company was founded in 1989 by the Lipari brothers who was called Carvin Biscuits.

In 2007, the Company was sold to Aliment Martel, who had then sold in 2008 to Canada Bread.

In February 2010 Mr. Sylva Bélanger took possesion and is still the owner.

The company is now called Pâtisserie Carvin Déli Inc.
